Dashboard Usage Guide

How to Use the Dashboard

• **Enter Data Manually:** Fill in the input fields for each data entry under "Manual Data Entry". You can add more rows. Click "Process Manual Data & Generate Charts" to use this data.
• **Upload CSV File:** Alternatively, upload a CSV file under "Upload CSV File". The system will automatically process it and generate charts.
• Automatic Data Cleaning: Your entered/uploaded data will be automatically cleaned (date conversion, filling missing values, normalizing column names).
• View Interactive Charts: After data is clean, five charts will appear. You can hover over chart elements for details.
• Generate AI Analysis: Click one of the "Generate AI Analysis" buttons at the bottom to get a summary and recommendations from an AI model based on the processed data. For OpenRouter AI, ensure you have entered your API Key and selected a model.
• Download Report: Use the "Download Report as PDF" button to save the entire dashboard as a PDF document.
• Toggle Mode: Use the moon/sun icon in the top right to switch between light and dark mode.

Column Explanations

• Date: The date the data was collected (YYYY-MM-DD format recommended).
• Platform: Social media or other platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Blog).
• Sentiment: The sentiment associated with the data (e.g., Positive, Negative, Neutral).
• Location: The location where the data originated or is relevant.
• Engagements: Number of interactions (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
• Media Type: Type of media (e.g., Image, Video, Text).
• Influencer Brand: The name of the influencer's brand (if applicable).
• Post Type: Type of post (e.g., Story, Feed Post, Reel).

• Q: Why are charts not appearing after processing data?
  A: Ensure all required fields are filled correctly (for manual input) or that your CSV format is correct (for CSV upload). Check your browser's console for any JavaScript errors.
• Q: Can I download the charts?
  A: Currently, direct download is not available for individual charts, but you can use your browser's screenshot feature or download the full report as PDF.
• Q: Is my data stored?
  A: No, your data is processed only in your browser and is not stored on any server.
• Q: How do I use OpenRouter AI?
  A: You need to enter your OpenRouter API Key in the provided field and select an AI model from the dropdown.
